Our Foundation

A 501(c)(3) nonprofit that funds activities, Umrah, and community programs beyond our core education.

Nasr Institute Foundation – community and programs

Our mission

The foundation exists to fund and support activities and programs that fall outside our core educational operations—Quran, Qira'aat, and Islamic studies. These programs are what make Nasr a full community: Umrah, sports, competitions, field trips, and more.

We are a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Donations to the foundation are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We rely on the generosity of donors and community partners to run these programs and to better and advance our community.

Your support helps us offer more to students and families—beyond the classroom—and to build a stronger, more connected community for years to come.

What the foundation funds

Programs and activities supported by the foundation are separate from day-to-day program operations. Your donations go directly to making these possible.

Activities & events

Community activities, sports leagues, field trips, camping, picnics, and events that bring families and students together outside the classroom.

Umrah & spiritual journeys

Yearly Umrah trips and other spiritual travel so students and families can perform Umrah and grow in faith together.

Competitions & recognition

Quran and Islamic competitions, participation in regional and national events, and recognition that encourages excellence.

Professional development

Training and development for teachers and staff so our community benefits from strong, growing educators.
